Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead infrastructure and road projects. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee infrastructure and road construction projects from start to finish.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Supervise and guide project teams and technical staff.
Address project challenges and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
5–20 years of experience in infrastructure and road projects, with some managerial experience.
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with local and international construction standards and regulations.
