Business Excellence Sr. Officer

Job Brief:

Responsible for executing all activities related to operational business governance, mapping workflow for enhancements processes, procedures, and policies at Umniah. The job entails activities such as process design, process mapping, process mining, automation, and RPA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map out all processes governing operations and suggest improvements to streamline and optimize efficiency, applicability, and operability.
• Develop business excellence processes, procedures, forms, and tools in compliance with policies and business needs for automation in coordination with related departments
• Support business process re-engineering projects to streamline and improve workflows within the company.
• Identify areas of improvement, define, and plan projects to enhance performance.
• Assist in implementing various automation projects related to business processes.
• Recommend the use of technologies like RPA and AI to achieve operational efficiency.
• Ensure process-related activities are audited, and corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Monitor and report process SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure operational effectiveness.
• Support stakeholder engagement to implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand issues and manage the change process.
• Monitor and ensure the availability and accessibility of all updated documents on the internal portal by overseeing the effective implementation of the document and records control process.
• Help define performance measurement metrics and ensure their implementation, monitoring, and analysis by the responsible departments by creating dashboards for metrics monitoring and evaluation vs. preset benchmarks
