We are
looking for a hardworking Business Development Manager. In
this role you’ll develop, and manage B2B sales, focusing on the fin-tech
companies, you will work closely with the local team to execute critical
initiatives as well as with your international counterparts on multi-market
campaigns. Our ideal candidate has a desire to make a positive impact on the industry.
This role is based in Jordan.
What You'll Do
·Understand
and gain insight of fin-tech echo-system in MENA by analyzing data and analytics.
·Create, own, and execute
strategic approach for the partnerships with the intent to simultaneously
unlock and elevate each relationship.
·Achieve quarterly GMV and
number of merchants’ target.
·Build
and maintain best-in-class partnerships across the services industry and
advocate for LikeCard’s interests externally within the creator community
·Work
cross-functionally to fulfill strategic company goals, and work closely with
sales dep, and stock directory to fulfill their needs.
·Set
up virtual and live conferences.

Who You Are
·You
have multiple years’ experience in Fintech industry relations in an established
internet industry, in the region.
·You
possess a high level of written and spoken English, Arabic is preferable.
·You
have a consistent map record in fin-tech marketing and operations, a deep
understanding of the internet industry.
·You
have a strong internet and technology background; you are fully conversant in
the latest digital marketing techniques and adept at analyzing and interpreting
data and using it to set goals.
·You
are well organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight
deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail.
·You
have experience working within both local Middle Eastern and global teams.
·You
have excellent negotiating and presentation skills along with high EQ and the
ability to build and manage strong relationships.
·Finally,
you're a great teammate and always have a positive and humble attitude.
Minimum Qualifications
·English fluency is required.
·Bachelor’s degree.
·4+ years of sales, marketing,
fin-tech experience
