About the Job
As a BI Engineer at Aspire, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights through the development of advanced data visualizations and reports. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and tools to drive business decisions and enhance data-driven strategies.
What you’ll do
Document BI processes, data models, and reports. Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Monitor and improve the performance of BI solutions and databases, Implement best practices for data handling and query optimization.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences, and work across cultures and time zones.
Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage, Perform regular data quality checks and resolve issues as needed.
Create interactive and user-friendly reports and dashboards using Looker and Tableau, Ensure reports are aligned with business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Design and implement data models and schemas to support business intelligence needs. Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in Looker and Tableau for creating reports and dashboards.
Strong experience with SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
