Position Purpose:
Managing and overseeing an organization’s employee benefits programs, ensuring that the benefits align with company policies, meet employee needs, and comply with legal regulations.
Areas of Responsibility:
Benefits Management:
Overseeing and managing various employee benefit programs, such as health and life insurance, as well as wellness programs, D&I programs, Rewards recognition & to meet employee needs and align with company goals.
Benefit Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report on benefits-related data to provide insights into the effectiveness and usage of employee benefit programs. This includes preparing reports on benefits costs, trends, and employee satisfaction to help guide decision-making.
Vendor Management:
Evaluating and negotiating contracts with external vendors that provide services for employee benefits.
The role also involves managing invoices and maintaining the necessary documentation in SAP.
Process Improvement:
Identifying areas within P&C operations that could be optimized and contributing to the development of new benefit solutions to improve the company's competitiveness in the Jordan market.
Requirements:
- Full profeciency in English and Arabic
- Full profeciency of Mircosoft solutions
- Experience in a similar capacity, preferrably within an international company.
- Strong awareness of benefits offered in the local Jordanian market, as well as strong connections to service providers who provide benchmarking data relevant to making benefits decisions.
