Barista

We’re looking for a Barista who’s passionate about crafting great drinks and delivering an exceptional customer experience. At Four Winters, we do things differently—so along with making top-quality matcha and coffee, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills like making ice cream and working with unique, seasonal ingredients.

• Prepare and serve matcha, coffee, and other specialty drinks with precision and care.
• Ensure every cup meets Four Winters’ quality standards—smooth, balanced, and full of flavor.
• Work closely with the team to learn and assist in ice cream preparation.
• Engage with customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
