B2B Sales Supervisor who is passionate about excelling in the oil and lubricants industry.

Position Title*: B2B Sales Supervisor
Location: Amman - Abu Alanda
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the oil and lubricants industry.
Languages:+ Arabic: Very good level.
+ English: Good level.
Skills and Competencies*:
Proven expertise in managing B2B sales cycles and building long-term client relationships. In-depth knowledge of oil and lubricant products and industry trends. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and technical presentation abilities. Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM software, and other digital tools. Valid drivers license.
Key Responsibilities*:
Maintain and expand the companys market share in the oil and lubricants industry by fostering relationships with existing B2B clients and acquiring new accounts. Drive market awareness and educate clients about
Zaitak products, offering technical consultations, updated catalogs, samples, price lists, and promotional incentives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend strategic actions that enhance product positioning and sales performance. Address client complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction while adhering to quality standards. Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with industry needs.
