As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, overseeing their social media accounts, and ensuring that campaigns are executed smoothly and meet client objectives. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring their social media goals are met.
• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with clients' business objectives and brand identity.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, including design, content, and strategy teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and reporting to clients.
• Build strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Oversee the creation of social media content, ensuring it is aligned with the clients' voice and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, suggesting new services or strategies to clients.
• Manage client budgets and timelines effectively.
