Account Manager

As an
Account Manager at Aspire, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, while providing strategic advice and support clients in their digital transformation journeys.
8+ Years in client-facing roles within the IT sector, including business development and account management in IT consulting and IT implementation businesses.
5+ Years in successful account management experience, especially with clients in the Middle East, in industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, eCommerce, and Digital Government.
Strong understanding of the IT services market in the Middle East & GCC, with experience in digital transformation, cloud computing, automation, and data technologies.
Expertise in managing large, complex accounts and sales cycles, with the ability to build relationships at the C-level and across senior leadership.
Familiarity with integrated, professional services engagements, including scope-based project engagements and team augmentation.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills to manage client expectations and deliver persuasive value propositions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
Established relationships and a strong network in at least 2-3 countries in the Middle East (e.g., UAE, KSA, Jordan).
A self-motivated individual who takes personal ownership of client relationships and contributes to the overall success of the business.
Experience working with clients in the Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, eCommerce, and Digital Government sectors is a plus.
