Review the civil works design, and manage the civil design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Coordinate and participate with the technical committees in the review of the civil Specification and Drawings to ensure timely completion.
Control the quality of the Designer's deliverables.
Control the execution of the project during the construction phase.
Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies with due coordination with the Projects and Expansions teams.
Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
Follow up the Requests for Inspections (RFI) to be sure that it is being addressed by the Engineer in due time and without unjustified delay in the construction stage.
Follow up the Transmittals of Documents (TOD) to be sure that it is being handled on due time and without any delay in the construction stage.
Follow up the site and lab testing for the material and soil to ensure the quality in the construction stage.

Civil Engineering Qualification is required (higher degree is plus).
Experience in industrial projects for minimum 5 years and total of 10 years.
Professional in using Codes, Standards (certificates in plus)
Excellent in English language (reading, writing and speaking).
