Well Services Supervisor

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and planning of all well intervention, DST, completion, stimulation and workover activities.
Prepare work programmes.
Prepare detailed equipment lists for all equipment from each service company including primary and contingency tooling and equipment.
Inspect equipment in service provider facilities prior to mobilisation using company QA processes and resources as required.
Work closely with each service provider and become familiar with the facilities which each provider can provide during routine and unscheduled operations.
Able to utilise the service providers capabilities and facilities to develop recovery plans in the event of unscheduled events - such as fishing services, machining facilities, bucking units and the like.
Manage the preparation of sub-assemblies for interventions, completions and well testing.
Execute operations at the well site, reporting to the drilling manager with due regard for well integrity (tested barriers) and well control standards.
Provide expert advice and knowledge relating to slickline, coiled tubing, well testing, workover, stimulation and completion operations and equipment and possible tool alternatives.
Requirements:
15+ years of well services experience in remote well locations, preferably including Kurdistan Region.
Expert knowledge of equipment and procedures associated with slickline, coiled tubing, well testing and completions.
Experience with a major service company and oil company.
Degree or HND (or equivalent) qualification.
Well Intervention Pressure Control (level 4) certificate – current.
Medically fit - OGUK medical cert or equivalent - current.
Working Conditions:
Short term assignment 4-6 weeks only.
