Main Responsibilities and Duties
The VAS Supervisor oversees the operations of e-goods, Western Union (WU) services, and prepaid card operations. This includes managing sales, inventory, and pricing strategies for e-goods, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any operational issues. the supervisor also sets performance targets, monitors outcomes, and ensures effective troubleshooting of external transaction-related problems. For prepaid cards Operations, the role involves overseeing operations, setting targets, evaluating performance, and resolving any service or technical issues. The supervisor ensures smooth coordination across all services, aligning operations with company goals and regulatory requirements.
