Job Overview:
Sama Al-Fayhaa is looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Management Supervisor to oversee our talent management initiatives. • Manage performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating feedback sessions.
• Identify skill gaps within the organization and design development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess talent needs and future workforce planning.
• Monitor and analyze employee engagement and retention metrics to improve talent management initiatives.
• Lead initiatives related to employee development, succession planning, and career pathing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management.
• Provide guidance and support to HR team members and employees on talent management topics.
