Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Growth Coordinator to oversee the recruitment and onboarding of Teacher Assistants. This role is critical to ensuring that we attract, select, and retain top talent to support our mission in providing high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new talent.
-Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
-Support the development and delivery of training programs.
-Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommending training initiatives.
Requirements:
-Experience in HR or a related field.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and discretion.
-Time management skills.
