Title:
Location – Erbil, Iraq – 12 weeks on/3 weeks off
Duration – 5 years + 2 – Facilities Management Operations (FMO)
Applicants must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance for this role, which requires UK Nationality and 5-10 year footprint living and working in the UK.
Please note this is not a tax-free assignment and you will be subject to UK tax for the duration of the assignment.
The Role
KBR is operating as well as maintenance services for existing infrastructure assets across MOD’s operational estates in Erbil, Iraq.
Responsibilities
Act as the KBR representative in the respective theatre for the delivery of Total FM activities
Offer support and technical advice to on-site tradesmen regarding the investigation of faults and problems and advise on all engineering and related matters
Manage data control for the Information Management System (Maximo).
Prepare Schedule of Rates estimates for Response Maintenance tasks in accordance with the contract
Ensure the planned maintenance program for the site is adequately staffed and properly planned to meet KPI requirements
Ensure all subcontracted hard FM tasks are completed satisfactorily and on time
Attend client meetings upon request and take notes
Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and completed within agreed timescales
Manage document control for all KBR forms related to tasks undertaken on the site
Ensure compliance with appropriate standards for the delivery of Total FM services as per the FMO contract.
Participate in the Management of Health and Safety, including inspecting subcontractors working for KBR.
Manage all FMO-related issues on the site, keeping management informed of potential issues
Conduct Performance Reviews for all FMO Operations
What we Need
Must hold an HNC, ONC, or equivalent/higher qualification in an appropriate discipline, along with relevant experience
Experience in managing sub-contractors
Desirable:
IWFM Level 3-4 Diploma
Qualified/accredited with knowledge of delivering NEC3 contract suite
HND in Built Environment related course
Experience working in challenging remote locations or developing countries
