As a Project Coordinator at Toters fresh, your responsibilities include play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and maintenance tasks related to our warehouses, stores.
Responsibilities :
1. Project Coordination :
Plan, schedule, and execute projects related to warehouses and stores. Coordinate with contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress, and timelines to ensure adherence to established goals.
2. Site Supervision:
Oversee day-to-day activities on sites to ensure compliance with specifications and requests. Provide guidance to maintenance teams, addressing technical queries, and resolving issues when required. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to plans and requests.
3. Maintenance Operations:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance for warehouses and stores infrastructure. Coordinate routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Supervise maintenance team and external contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective repairs.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to his / her manager on project status, including any challenges and proposed solutions. Prepare comprehensive reports on maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related. A minimum 2 Years' experience in telecommunication/or network operations industry. Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken. Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who generates enthusiasm and builds effective working relationships. Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work. Self-motivated, hands-on critical thinker and problem solver. Willingness and ability to quickly learn complex concepts. Proficient in AutoCAD and various engineering software applications.
