Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives by setting up individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize sectional performance.
Provide support to the RMs by attending all the deal closure meetings undertaken by DAMAC.
Monitor the sales process to ensure that all the sales are achieved by the prescribed selling method and operational protocols set by DAMAC.
Ensure proper planning and team allocation for the marketing events including projects, campaigns, roadshows, product launches, etc. undertaken for meeting the marketing targets of DAMAC.
Ensure adherence to DAMAC’s policies and code of conduct, data maintenance, and other guidelines in all the deal processes as undertaken by the department.
Act as a role model and drive adherence to organizational values and ethics by employees of the Agents Sales department to foster a value driven culture within the organization.
Sales Management
Manage the allocated team of sales professionals and agents to ensure the achievement of the periodic sales targets as set by the management.
Ensure maintenance of the sales productivity and consistency of the overall team.
Monitor Down Payments as received by the customers and ensure all the subsequent documentation is collected at a team level to completely close the sales deal and the same complies with the policies of DAMAC.
Provide reports to the VP regarding the analysis of current sales activities against the key indicators and the set targets.
Relationship Management - Client
Identify, create a database, and maintain strong relationships with the top clients to generate future business opportunities and referrals for DAMAC.
Maintain key client relationships by providing end-to-end pre & post-sales support.
Complete the daily reporting of the sales activities for all the client visits and events to maintain transparent communication of the status of sales activities to the upper management.
Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer during every interaction.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure the resolution of the same at the earliest.
Follow up on the closure of the deals with the prospective customers regularly to avoid losing sales.
Ensure quality service is provided to the potential prospects by all involved parties by regularly following up and obtaining feedback from the customers for the services provided by the team.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Manage and ensure effective implementation of the Agents Sales department policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of the Agents Sales department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
