Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products/services for appropriate cross-sell opportunities.
Understand client needs and bring solutions to add value to the customers.
Actively network in the industry to establish relationships and identify potential opportunities within the target customer group.
Proactively work with global and regional account management in the pursuit of multi-country opportunities.
Anticipate clients’ needs and, in collaboration with marketing, sales specialists, consulting, and client service, develop and present proposed solutions to clients' complex business issues.
Ensure quarterly and full-year revenue targets are met by managing the activities of a sales team to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned accounts or sales territory.
RequirementsMinimum of seven (7) years of relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience (preferred). Overall 10-12 years’ experience is preferred.
Healthcare background in any of the health-related fields: pharmacy, nutrition, public health.
Good understanding of Iraq’s healthcare ecosystem and stakeholder knowledge/relationships within the ecosystem is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or preferably health-related fields.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong consultative experience is beneficial.
