Role Summary:The
Reseller Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the reseller network, ensuring efficient onboarding, supporting resellers to meet sales targets, and managing operational processes. This role requires a passion for working with resellers, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to optimize business processes.
What You’ll Do:•
Reseller Onboarding & Support: Design and implement an effective onboarding process, providing training materials, starter kits, and dedicated support for new resellers.

Performance & Earnings Management: Monitor sales performance, oversee commission structures, and manage the distribution of earnings based on net sales.
•
Community & Engagement Building: Foster a sense of community among resellers through events, meet-ups, and social media engagement, promoting collaboration and mutual goals.

Operational Coordination: Work with finance and customer support to facilitate fund withdrawals and resolve reseller inquiries across platforms.
•
Sales Incentives & Rewards Program: Develop programs to motivate resellers, including leaderboards, monthly challenges, and performance-driven rewards.

Market Localization: Create and distribute localized promotional materials tailored to local trends, and highlight success stories from Iraq to attract new resellers.
