The position

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a robust and compliant Quality Management System across the designated affiliates within the NERM (Near East Rising Markets) region, which includes Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, and Syria. Your focus will be on ensuring the system remains streamlined and efficient, while fostering a strong Quality Mindset across departments and ensuring continuous audit readiness. Additionally, you will monitor and implement external requirements, ensuring compliance with internal KPIs to uphold the highest quality standards

Your Main Accountabilities will be:

• Implement and maintain a robust and simple Quality Management System.
• Ensure a proper deviation and change request process is in place.
• Excellent monitoring and implementation of external requirements.
• Ensure proper GDP implementation across the distribution set-ups in NERM
• Maintain and manage employee training profiles.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management with external partners, and enhance collaboration with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Relevant Academic degree within science field, an MBA is a plus
• 2-3 years’ experience in the field of Quality Assurance ideally in pharmaceutical industry
• Self-confidence and effective communication skills
• Agile and proactive
• High level of integrity – quality and compliance oriented
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
