Location: Astana, KZ Public Affairs Executive



We are looking for a Public Affairs Executive to be a part of our PAC team located in Kazakhstan.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Affairs Executive to join our team in Astana. This individual will play a critical role in managing government relations, advocating for CCI’s interests, and ensuring a favorable operating environment for our business in Kazakhstan. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Kazakhstani government system and strong experience in navigating regulatory issues and engaging with government officials.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in government relations, public affairs, or a similar role within the corporate sector or government institutions. Strong understanding of the Kazakhstani political and regulatory landscape. Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with government officials. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal (Kazakh and Russian fluency required, English proficiency is a plus). Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Expect:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and stakeholders at the local, regional, and national levels. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting the beverage industry and CCI’ s operations. Analyze and assess the potential impact of proposed legislation and regulations on the company. Develop and implement advocacy strategies to protect and advance the company's interests. Lead negotiations with government authorities on regulatory matters affecting the company. Develop and present persuasive arguments to support the company's position. Seek mutually beneficial solutions to address regulatory challenges. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Identify and utilize various platforms and forums for engagement between CCI leadership and government officials. Organize and facilitate meetings, roundtables, and other events to foster dialogue and collaboration.
