Project Operation Coordinator
Sector: Marketing & Advertising
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the operations team to initiate and manage projects.
Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, resource allocation, and ownership, to ensure timely completion.
Oversee internal and external projects.
Coordinate internal and external resources to effectively plan and execute projects. Proactively identify and eliminate project obstacles, manage issue escalations, and support teams in balancing competing priorities.
Continuously enhance project management processes, tools, and templates to strengthen the project management function.
Provide regular status reports and program summaries, covering scope, schedule, quality risks, project status, resource allocation, and customer impact.
Identify and manage project-related costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Ensure that customer delivery and quality are maintained throughout project execution.
Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Leader to implement improvement projects in Manufacturing.
Requirements:
A bachelor's or MBA or equivalent degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, or event operations environment.
Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic, both spoken and written. Strong communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
5 Days per week - 8 Hours per day (09:00 am - 05:00 pm).
