organizations through tailored recruitment and HR services.Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Operations Specialist to
join our team. This role requires a skilled HR professional with at least three
years of experience in recruitment, payroll management, social security and tax
processes, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will also have a strong
commercial mindset to effectively manage client relationships during the
onboarding of staff.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Handle social security and tax-related processes, including coordination and visits to tax and government departments.Develop and execute effective onboarding programs for new hires.Act as the main point of contact for clients during staff onboarding, addressing any issues and ensuring client satisfaction.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a professional and commercial mindset.Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and procedures.RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, including recruitment, payroll management, social security, tax-related activities, and onboarding.Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll systems.Proven ability to interact professionally with clients and manage external relationships.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and dynamic work environment.
