Officer - Middleware & Integration

The main responsibility of this job is to collaborate with the Head of “middleware and integration” unit to enhance and maintain ZainCash’s middleware systems and applications. The job holder will perform hands-on development while supporting/maintaining the applications in coordination with the vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the integration team to design, develop, and implement integration solutions.
• Create data mappings and transformations to ensure data compatibility between systems.
• Employ tools and techniques to clean, validate, and enrich data during the integration process.
• Assist in the development of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for various systems.
• Work with RESTful and SOAP APIs to facilitate data exchange and system communication.
• Conduct testing of integration solutions to identify and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and accuracy of integrated data and processes.
• Document integration processes, system configurations, and custom code.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate future development and troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve integration-related issues as they arise.
• Provide support to end-users and assist in debugging integration problems.
