Purpose of consultancy · Deliverable 5 (Through the Contract Period): Provide Contribute to the development of the CCHF preparedness, alert, control and evaluation operational manual and other derivative material (clinical care training, laboratory training, …), seeking and coordinating inputs from national and sub-national stakeholders. Educational Qualifications: Experience Essential: At least 5 years progressive experience in managing a public health program at local and national levels. · Experience in developing countries and in successfully running public health programmes at national level. · Prior working experience at field level, with WHO, other UN agency, or with an international nongovernmental organization. High-level managerial, analytical and negotiating skills. Skills in programme design, implementation and budget management. Demonstrated ability to represent the Country Office in dealing with government, UN agencies, bilateral and multilateral agencies and non-governmental organizations. · Excellent communication skills. · Strong documented experience in project management and implementation of public health programs. · Strong experience in working in Basra, Iraq and good knowledge of the Iraqi health system. Experience in developing and promoting collaborative partnerships. · Experience managing CCHF survivor programmes.
