The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing disputes, and preparing reports for the Legal Department Manager. The candidate will also represent the company in legal and regulatory matters while staying updated on relevant legal developments.Roles:● Provide legal advice to management and other departments to ensure operations comply with applicable laws. ● Draft and review contracts, commercial agreements, and company policies. ● Prepare detailed reports on ongoing legal cases, risks, and recommendations. ● Represent the company in courts, arbitration, and regulatory bodies. ● Coordinate with external law firms and advisors when needed. ● Monitor legal developments and suggest updates to policies and procedures to minimize risks.
