Sales Strategy and planning: A long-term plan for increasing and developing the sales in order to achieve the annual KPI objectives agreed and set by the company.
Revenue Generation: Generate the budgeted revenue and gross profit through driving sales and marketing plan with key accounts.
Budgeting: Work with the manager and Finance to create a Year-on-Year revenue and cost budget annually, while focusing on reducing operating costs and optimizing resource allocation.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain excellent customer relationship management with key accounts by providing excellent customer service with a view to retaining customers and having satisfaction continuously with the organization.
Develop Business Solutions: To provide ICT solutions by promote products and services, engage with customers to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges for increase their productivity and efficiency.
Service Contracts: To maintain business lobbying within the targeted customers with generating sales and revenues to ensure extension/retention of these contracts.
Market awareness: Keep abreast of developments in the market and in the research field to explore possibilities of introducing new products, look for opportunities which will lead to an increase in market share.
