University degree in any discipline of medical/Para-medical science from a reputable university.
Strong industry knowledge (healthcare / insurance).
Should be a team-player with an aptitude for customer service.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and team members.
