Summary
Provide high-quality resolution to customer complaints and prevent their recurrence.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve customer complaints in accordance with the company's complaint-solving policy. Identify root causes of complaints and implement effective solutions to prevent their reoccurrence. Follow up with customers to ensure complaints are resolved to their satisfaction. Maintain accurate and clear records of all handled complaints. Meet daily targets set by the head of the department. Coordinate with all departments within the organization to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Competencies
Strong communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong problem-solving abilities. Capability to work effectively under pressure.
