Civil Engineer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Project planning and feasibility studies by assessing the feasibility of proposed project and conducting site investigation and analyzing data.
Creating detailed designs and plans using engineering principles. Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting.
Manage and develop project budget and cost estimation.
Manage overseas construction process and ensure adherence to design specifications and report the project process steps.
Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.
Implementing quality control measures to ensure project integrity.
Choosing appropriate materials for construction projects and evaluating the quality and suitability of materials.
Identifying potential risks associated with projects and developing strategies to mitigate and manage risks.
Planning and designing infrastructure for site development and addressing issues related to grading, drainage, and utilities.
Creating and maintaining project documentation, generating reports, drawings, and specifications.
Enhance Working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Developing plans for the maintenance and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure. Implementing strategies to extend the life of existing structures.
Design and document commercial and industrial building projects.
Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors.
Developing and presenting project proposals.
Conduct research and analysis on market supply and demand for goods/products, services, and facilities in the areas.
Carry out quantitative or qualitative research.
Keeping up to date with advancements in engineering technologies and methodologies.
Requirements:
At least 3 years in a similar role, and good knowledge in automotive sector.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word.) and design applications (civil 3D, autocad,geotechnical..etc.).
Fluency in Arabic, and English , Kurdish is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Office-Based Role - 5 Days per week/ 8 hours per day.
