Ø Improve profitability and achieve set objectives and targets by proactively supervise managing relationship with existing and develop/build relationships with new CIB Clients.
Ø Handle the clients’ portfolio (directly) that are considered large/complex.
Ø Supervise the analysis and evaluation of credit data, financial modeling, and financial statements to determine the level of risk and provide credit recommendation proposals.
Ø Identifying and reporting market opportunities
Ø Maximizing and up-selling products to CIB Clients and cross selling of other SBUs products and services.
Ø Ensure steadiness and growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio’s (simultaneous Growth) and follow-up on related issues with concerned parties.
Ø Conducting client calls/visits using preplanned call schedule to monitor relationships under management to maximize all potential relationship sales opportunities.
Ø Allocate targets and assign relationships to RMs, ARMs and ROs, and support and coach them.
Ø Supervising clients’ complaints, and service recovery process.
Ø Propose innovative and improvement initiatives to achieve business growth and continuity.
Job Requirements:
Education: BSc. in business or related field from a recognized University. Master degree is preferred.
Experience: 6+ years of years of Banking experience in relationship management, of which 3 years in managerial role.
