Ø Improve profitability of the portfolio by achieving set objectives by proactively managing relationship with existing and developing/building relationships with new unit Clients.
Ø Enhancing the marketing process for credit facilities (Up-Selling) and coordinate with other SBU‘s (Cross Selling) and implement marketing strategy within the unit.
Ø Analyzing and evaluating credit data and financial statements to determine the level of risk and assisting on the credit facility structure, collaterals and terms & conditions;
Ø Identify existing and potential key Clients and define their needs.
Ø Directly handle the clients portfolio that are considered small to medium under supervision
Ø Analyze clients’ complaints, follow-up on service recovery process to achieve customer satisfaction.
Ø Ensure periodic updating for industrial studies.
Ø Build financial modeling and financial spreading for clients.
Ø Conduct risk analysis/determination activities based on the analyzed credit data and financial statements to provide credit recommendation proposals.
Ø Ensure steadiness and growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio’s (simultaneous Growth)
Ø Liaise with segments to provide high quality service levels and ensure adequate turnaround times.
Ø Suggest improvement initiatives and innovative idea to achieve business growth and continuity.
Ø Perfume analysis and assessment for clients’ needs of new products and services.
Ø Collect all required documents to make a credit decision.
Ø Implementing field visits to clients.
Ø Review and recommend credit requests to ensure adherence to credit policies, and appropriate risk-return propositions.
Ø Suggest initiative to increase the unit portfolio and customer base.
Ø Analyse and study the market to find new business opportunities and utilize them.
Ø Manage active/current customer portfolio.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relationship experience in a leading international/Regional Bank.
Competences:
- Excellent in English & target market language.
- Thorough understanding banking products and services.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with clients/companies.
- Good exposure to industry sectors.
- Proven analytical and modeling skills and thorough understanding of financial statement.
- Excellent understanding of lending practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills.
