Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Technology company in Iraq. Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative to lead the charge in generating new business opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and expanding their customer base. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients through cold calling, email, social media, and networking. Qualify leads and assess fit with company offerings.
- Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with prospects, positioning the company as a trusted partner, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Pipeline Management:
Collaborate with sales to manage a pipeline, track leads via CRM tools, and ensure follow-ups.
- Collaboration:
Work with marketing on lead generation strategies and with product teams to gather client feedback. Assist senior sales in closing deals.
- Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and provide insights for growth opportunities.
- Reporting & Demos:
Track performance metrics (leads, conversion rates) and deliver presentations/demos to clients.
Requirements- 1-3 years of sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
