Job Description

A leading company in the home appliance industry is seeking dynamic Sales Managers to join their team in South Iraq. We are looking to hire one Sales Manager for each of the following locations: Baghdad, Basra, and Najaf. These roles involve managing the sales operations in the respective regions, with a focus on customer management, sales management, and team leadership.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Identifying new business opportunities; new clients, (national/regional retail channels;TSS, Hypermarkets, Mall’s)
  • Develop a pipeline and manage all sales activity to drive sales. (Order, payment, operation processes)
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Work methodically and pragmatically to manage your sales activity and metrics, then achieve your targets.

Requirements

Requirement:


  • Fluent in English is a Must, Turkish is nice to have.
  • 5+ years of Retail Sales experience,
    • Consumer Electronics or FMCG experience is big asset.
    • Having portfolio in organized retailers ( TSS Channel, Hypermarkets, Discounters etc.)
  • Proven team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and reporting abilities
  • Analytic, enthusiastic, problem solver,
