Baking Technician

We are looking for our new "Baking Technician" to be located in Baghdad / Iraq. This role will be reporting to the Baking Center Manager located in Dubai and will be closely working with the Commercial Sales Executive in Iraq.

In this role, you will be:

• Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team to promote Lesaffre products to various customer segments (industrial, in-store, and craft).
• Transforming customer needs and expectations into actionable projects.
• Collaborating with the formulation team to develop new products that align with client requirements.
• Debriefing on customer visits and product testing as well as providing both theoretical and practical training to customers.
• Communicating technical data and information from the field to relevant stakeholders, such as the formulation team and Market Manager.
• Communicating project results to customers and related stakeholders.

If you:

• Have an extensive experience of 10 years in the craft and / or industrial bread making field,
• Practice on specific breadmaking techniques and associated ingredients,
• Are a pro in the local bread making market and practices,
• Put customer satisfaction in the center of your work,
• Are prone to international working environments,
• Speak both Arabic and English fluently and
• Actively use Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint preferably)
