Regional Sales Manager – Retail is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with our all type of business partners in our eco system such as Distributors , Sub distributors , Sika Shop, Point of Sales ( retailers ) & end users . This role involves strategic planning, managing relationships, setting targets, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. He/ She will also be tasked with identifying and reaching out to potential partners, and developing plans to increase revenue. The Channel Development Manager will work closely with the all Regional sales and marketing teams to ensure that all business goals are met. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
