  • The Global Workplace Capital Maintenance Cost Management Lead will be the main point of contact for Accenture Workplace Leadership and will ultimately be responsible for the quality of the capital maintenance plan and the subsequent delivery of the plan. This will include strategic support on the process of creating the capital maintenance plan to better maintain Accenture’s Real Estate Portfolio.  Additionally, they will work closely in partnership with peers in the Finance, Technology, and Real Estate teams to improve the efficient management of our capital investment.
  • Key responsibilities include:


  • Provide financial management and oversight for Infrastructure Workplace Capital Maintenance Management related to Fiscal year planning and forecasts.
  • Ensure that capital plan is prepared and set each year and that leadership is aware of MU performance against the plan.  Review MU estimates and provide feedback.
  • Accountable for the plan, monthly reporting process, and rolling forecast.  Assess progress against Plan, identifying gap and variation analysis of spend and timing of actual spend and ensuring EACs have been updated in a timely manner.
  • Review project capex and invoicing trackers ensure timely updating of timelines, budgets and risks for all build outs.
  • Assist MU teams to identify resource and skill gaps in estimating and cost management.
  • Assist MU teams to move from 1 year plans to 3 years plans with focus on fixed asset registrar to more easily identify and support maintenance works and timelines.
  • Provide quality assurance to ensure data coming from projects is accurate and timely.
  • Identify, seek approval for, and manage enhancements for ICF including assessing future opportunities to integrate and support automation of data inputs
  • Identify opportunities for standardization for increased consistency across all areas related to cost including estimating, financial management and reporting of projects.
  • Escalate issues and support resolution of cost related cross region / cross function project issues, risks, and/or conflicts.
  • Operate as a gatekeeper and liaison with Global Initiative project teams to ensure scope and timeline is well defined to allow accurate estimating before adding to MU and Local budgets.
  • Oversee change control process during the Fiscal Year to add or remove projects from scope.
  • Stakeholder / Relationship management with MU Workplace Leads and teams to enable strong working relationships and effective communication.
  • Oversee and manage team to support monthly processes, reporting, distribute workload.
  • Strong People Development skills.

Work Exp-


  • 10-15+ years of business and/or real estate or workplace cost management experience

·Financial management experience with understanding of the delivery of capital projects


·Technical skills and ability to leverage and manage large data sets


  • Education -

Graduate/Post grauduate in any financial discipline i.e. MBA (Finance), CA or equivalent.
