Role profile:

We are looking for a Workforce Manager who will be responsible for overall workforce management and planning by addressing unique challenges and implementing strategies to optimize the performance and productivity of engineering teams across the Infrastructure and Cloud division. 


This role involves analysing, maintaining and improving the quality of the data and creating a bridge between organizational goals and multiple Divisions, Businesses and Functions.


The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong stakeholder engagement and proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools, ideally in a multinational and complex work environment.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:


  • You will prepare and present reports on workforce planning metrics and productivity to senior management
  • You will analyse current workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • You will utilize workforce management tools to track performance metrics, analyse trends, and generate reports
  • You will conduct regular assessments of workforce effectiveness and performance metrics
  • You will develop workforce forecasts based on business needs and operational changes
  • You will create and implement workforce planning models
  • You will collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of staffing plans with business objectives
  • You will provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • You will facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding workforce planning initiatives by working closely with HR, operations, and other departments
  • You will identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in workforce planning and management
  • You will foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
  • You will ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:


  • Experience in workforce management or operations management
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and analytical tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and establish relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with 3rd parties, internal teams, and international business units, promoting collaboration within and across teams.
  • Demonstrates the discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards.
