We are looking for an integration expert to join our Employee Experience Applications team. Someone who thrives in a multi-project, fast-paced, and lively environment. You will partner with our People & Places (P&P) organization and other business partners to make our systems and processes simpler and more effective.
Design and build Workday integrations across Zendesk’s Workday modules
Partner closely with the People Ops and Payroll organization to understand their needs and collaboratively improve the employee experience
Coordinate day-to-day Workday integration tickets and maintenance
Manage time, expectations, and delivery of several concurrent projects
Communicate technical Workday concepts to our business partners
Translate ambiguous or incomplete requirements into technical solutions
Write clear documentation for designs, project planning, and testing
Follow change management and SOX-related policies
4+ years of Workday integration experience and other P&P applications in a growing enterprise (required)
3+ years in Workday Studio, Reporting (RaaS), CCBs, PICOF, and Document Transformation integrations, and Workday Custom Reports (required)
3+ years experience with Workday HCM, Security, US Payroll, International Payroll, and Benefits modules (required)
Familiarity with BIRT, PECI, and Document Transformation
Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, XML, XSLT
Previous Workday data migration (conversion) experience
Analytical approach to problem solving and understanding system interdependencies
Positive relationship building and communication skills with employees at all levels of the organization and the ability to manage relationships with external parties
