What you will do... 
Workday Configuration & Development
  • Design, configure, and implement solutions within Workday and the HR Legal technical ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain calculated fields, business processes, condition rules, and advanced reports to support HR initiatives.
  • Leverage Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and other tools for custom integrations and advanced development.
  • Partner with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Optimize business processes by enhancing workflows, automating manual tasks, and providing actionable insights through data reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support organizational goals such as leadership development, skills tracking, and career planning.
System Support & Enhancements
  • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and implement regular updates and enhancements.
  • Ensure system compliance with security and data privacy requirements.
  • Participate in Workday releases, assessing new features, and recommending adoption strategies for Talent Management modules.
  •  
Collaboration & Training
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to ensure adoption and efficient use of Workday Talent Management tools.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Talent Management functionality.
  • Understand and communicate how talent cycle of goals, feedback, reviews and calibrations can lead to better outcomes for employee performance and drive organizational objectives

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Workday
  • Focus on Talent Management modules is desirable
  • Strong technical expertise in Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, and reporting.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Certification in Workday Talent Management or other Workday modules.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in talent acquisition, performance, and career development.
  • Experience in Agile development environments; ServiceNow, Jira
