We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Analyst with expertise in Core HCM plus to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing and enhancing our Workday system to support the organization’s talent strategies. While Workday is our primary HRIS platform, the team also designs and develops complementary solutions within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration and a comprehensive HR technology ecosystem. You understand Workday’s capabilities and limitations and are confident in recommending alternatives when needed—whether through other vendor solutions or full-stack development options. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, a deep understanding of talent processes, and a passion for delivering innovative HR solutions.
