Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Billing Operations: Oversee all aspects of billing for our wireless and mobility services, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
- Data Analysis: Utilize your technical proficiency to run complex queries and generate comprehensive reports, aiding in the identification of trends and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Responsible for analyzing data, trends, and generating insights; must possess strong skills in designing and running SQL queries to extract and manipulate data effectively
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance billing operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, and customer service teams to resolve billing-related issues and ensure seamless operational flow.
