About the team
This is for Team Group: SFT Secure in which Data Placement Manager: Managed File Transmission tool for internal applications and external clients .
What you will be doing
.
- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.
- Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.
- Provides technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance and resource consumption.
What you bring:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Application Production Support
- Good experience in Windows OS, Managed file Transmission tools like (MoveIT, CFI, Data Express), Network Concept(FTPs/HTTPS/SFTP/SSH/TCP/IP/Firewall/Ping/telnet/Common Ports etc.)
- Able to troubleshoot application /services / server logs / TaskScheduler jobs.
- Nice to have : Scripting language - any (Bash/Powershell etc.)
