As a Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) - Product Owner - Senior Associate within our dynamic Product team, you will be responsible for promoting key initiatives within the Lending Simplification roadmap. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from process re-engineering to implementing new systems. Your strong product knowledge and hands-on experience in commercial lending operations will be crucial in this role. Job Responsibilities:

• Possessing strong product knowledge, hands-on experience, and domain expertise in commercial lending operations, including the end-to-end process and loan life cycle. 
• Evaluate business processes, conduct requirements analysis, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. 
• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs, serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. 
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or project teams. 
• Effectively manage competing resources and priorities. 
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience including minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
• Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
• Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized projects with strong results
