VP IT, Global Enterprise Application Delivery

Role Overview: 

Lead all aspects of service and project delivery for the global portfolio of Enterprise Applications. Lead teams including Solution Architects, Service Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and Engineers to ensure our portfolio of Enterprise Applications are robust, secure, scalable, and cost-efficient. Partner with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Enterprise Architects, and Information Security to ensure solutions evolve to meet the needs of our enterprise in the most cost-affordable and secure way manner. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure Product and/or Service Owners maintain and enhance Enterprise Solutions at agreed service levels and cost. 
• Ensure solutions are compliant and secure 
• Deliver solution enhancements/extensions: Source and/or allocate resources, architect technical solutions, and agree delivery approach, cost, and timeline to fulfill needs 
• Cultivate and manage key supplier/partner relationships (application support, project delivery, etc.) 
• Lead PMO organization and hold all projects accountable for flawless execution and project administration 

Experience:

• At least 15 years of demonstrated experience leading IT teams in complex and global organizations. 
• Proven track record of leading project delivery and execution

• Strong leadership skills
• ability to drive a culture of accountability and performance management
• Strong bias towards continuous improvement
• Keen interest in technology evolution and how enterprise solutions evolve in capability, functionality, and complexity, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

Physical Demands: Able to work across time zones effectively with rest of IT Leadership Team (ITLT) based in US, UK, Poland, and India
