Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Manage the Visual Merchandising needs for the Wholesale Business. Campaign execution, new store openings, ISC requirements, Seasonal Visuals, Instore Product presentation and many more to support the business growth and achieve the target numbers for the entire Wholesale channel comprising of the following:-
Key Accounts, Fashion Specialty, Adidas Kids , Decathlon and Export Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional.
- Own and drive Campaign execution across all wholesale doors. Quality Check , Physical visits , picture and deck compilation and video making for important campaigns .
- Ensure adidas brand is most visible and easy to locate in a multibrand format store to ensure maximum footfall and sellouts using VM tools, navigation and other relevant visual materials.
- Provide complete support for new store openings and renovations – Layout planning / Category zoning / Capacity Calculation / VM elements / ISC / Actual opening and pictures and deck compilation.
- Ensure in-store communication elements based on store specific needs (eg. store directory, pathfinders etc.)
- Work within set budget controls.
- Help and Support retail marketing and brand marketing to execute activation tools for specific campaigns/promotions.
- Launch VMC program and Train and brief the VMC’s across all stores with the latest guidelines and updates to ensure consistency across all stores.
- Develop and coordinate with the Partner VM’s (wherever relevant as per WHS partner) proper service and execution across all stores .
- Identify and communicate local store needs and best practices to the Visual Merchandising Manager
- Conduct store visits in line with the store visit plan and ensure that all stores in the specified region/area are visited regularly.
- Keep up to date on what competitors are doing and provide feedback to Visual Merchandising Manager on any current and upcoming fashion trends across the Market.
- Implement locally applicable tactical solutions to competitor actions as advised by the Visual Merchandising Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good Management skills and should be able to drive the channel .
- Knowledge of Corel Draw, Photoshop and Editing software
- Fluency in English
- Good literacy, verbal and written communication skills
- Geographical mobility
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Functional: > 2-4 years in the field of Visual Merchandising
Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes, apparel or non-apparel
Exposure: Sports, Visual Merchandising, Team Management
