The ideal candidate will assist the Principal in managing daily operations, maintaining academic standards, and fostering a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in the implementation of academic and administrative policies.
Oversee daily school operations, including discipline management and staff coordination.
Monitor and improve teaching standards to ensure academic excellence.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance student learning outcomes.
Develop and implement co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Support teacher training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional guidelines.
Act as the Principal in their absence, managing all responsibilities as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of teaching or administrative experience.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in using educational technology and administrative tools.
