We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President Risk Stewardship – Quality Assurance  .

Principal responsibilities


Impact on the Business


  • Maintaining a robust Quality Framework (Quality) culture across Financial Crime Risk stewardship function that focuses on improving service Quality and providing structured feedback on an on-going basis and working with the VP’s/ trainer teams to eliminate non value activities and improving Quality outputs.
  • Lead the change and deployment of the Quality function, preserving its independence with no conflict of interest and ensuring a responsive structure exists within the Quality process for providing constructive and consistent feedback.
  • Quality management of process performance including details on areas of opportunities based on the standard Quality methodology and risk assessment.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and work with key stakeholders.
  • Support the deliverance of appropriate training/refresher programmes to improve process and Quality of risk stewardship support, automation, calibration and coaching as appropriate.
  • Review, question and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of differences.
  • Maintain and update Quality Framework to ensure alignment with the Risk Stewardship roles and responsibilities.
  • Represent FC Quality outcomes in relevant governance forums and attend to all internal and regulatory audits and inspections relevant to the business covered.
  • Lead / liaison with relevant stakeholder within Group / regions/ markets to provide expertise and support on all FC Quality related matters.
  • Ensure that appropriate, timely and relevant risk information is provided to stakeholders and Risk Management forums.
