Job Profile This role is a key member of the Technology Controls Office, supporting various different control enhancement activities. The team is responsible for control development, maintenance, socialization and advisory services, as well as mappings to regulatory requirements and risk management objectives. This role will own end-to-end the Regulatory Mapping and Regulatory Change Management Process, and will oversee the completeness of control documentation against various global regulatory requirements related to technology risk and information / cyber security, such as, FFIEC handbooks, OCC bulletins, Singapore MAS, etc. It involves identifying, communicating and tracking the regulatory gaps through closure. Key Responsibilities include: Map the firms technology controls against global regulations, and identify, communicate and track the gaps through closure. Working with control owners and SMEs to get the controls documented in alignment with regulations Assessing the impact of control changes on open issues, risks and regulatory compliance Assessing the impact of regulatory changes and creating a plan for remediation Provide status of regulatory gaps remediation in various risk and control forums
