Whether you want a career that could take you to the top, or simply take you in an exciting new direction, HSBC offers opportunities, support and rewards that will take you further.Delivery and Support for Systems and Technology Solutions for Whole Sale Banking business of HSBC IndiaPrincipal ResponsibilitiesDelivery Management·Manage Systems delivery life cycle from Requirements Analysis, to Implementation and ensure Project requirements are delivered on time, within budget meeting quality objectives. ·Create Project plans, Risk Register and all project artefacts required as per Internal Change Management Framework. ·Monitor and report Project health on Costs, Schedule, Quality parameters and using Internal tools.·Produce effective progress reports for assigned projects to keep Stakeholders apprised of Status, Issues and Risks, Scope changes, Resource changes, Milestones achieved.·Drive Project working Group and Project Steering Committee meetings with Project members and other key Stakeholders including Project Sponsor.·Support delivery of Scalable and Sustainable Systems by ensuring non-functional requirements like Capacity and Performance, Security, Alerting and Monitoring are addressed as part of design and development and in compliance to Technical Architecture guidelines.·Abide by the IT Cost Management Governance for External vendor spends.·Ensure compliance to Outsourcing, Third Party Management and other Internal Standards for delivery and hosting of new IT Services. ·Partner the Whole Sale Business and help them with Technology Strategy planning and execution.·Build and manage relationships with Internal Stakeholders within various Business /Functions, Group IT including Architecture ·Work with External Vendors, Fintech partners, Cloud Providers for evaluation of Tech solutions to support Process automation, Digitalisation and Growth objectives of Whole Sale business. ·Collaborate with IT Infrastructure team for meeting the Infra requirements of Projects.Service Management ·Oversee and facilitate timely resolution of production issues with the minimum disruption to the business. ·Work with various IT teams, Infrastructure and Vendor teams to drive resolution of Production issues. ·Report Operational losses if any arising from Systems incidents and ensure comprehensive Root Cause Analysis and Resolution is performed as per Incident and Problem Management Standards.·Monitor and report on SLAs and ensure continuous improvement in Support Procedures and Processes.·Ensure Continuous compliance to HSBC Internal Control Standards for Service Sustainability and Security including the timely implementation of recommendations made by Regulator, Internal / External Audit, Cyber Security and Resilience Risk.·Collate information and prepare MI packs for Internal Technology Governance Forums. ·Enable Cloud Migration of IT Services.
