• Title / Designation: Vice President /Head of IT – (Manufacturing)

• Reporting to: CFO
Role & responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics, including IIOT.
• Oversee SAP S/4 HANA implementation, optimization, and integration with business processes.
• Manage and enhance IT infrastructure to support scalable and secure operations.
• Strengthen cybersecurity frameworks to protect organizational data and mitigate risks.
• Ensure business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) mechanisms are in place.
• Drive IT governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentoring and developing IT talent.
• Engage with C-level executives and board members, presenting IT roadmaps and strategies.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive innovation and process improvements.
Candidate requirements:
• Minimum 20 - 25 years of experience in IT leadership roles within the manufacturing sector (preferred: Automobile / Auto Components).
• Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, AI-driven solutions, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in digital transformation and driving IT-enabled business growth.
• Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work with senior leadership, board members, and external partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
